Event accommodation for 2027, delivered and set up at the venue
Every event on this page shares the same problem. The venue sells you proximity, then offers you a field or a car park. The hotel offers you comfort, then puts it forty minutes from the gate. Our answer is the same at all twenty-four: luxury RV hire, delivered and set up at the event, connected and serviced before you arrive, then collected after you leave. That holds for sporting event motorhome hire whether or not the fixture is listed here: the test is the venue, not the sport. Each rental is a Cedar Creek Silverback or a Jayco Northpoint: slide-outs, around 400 square feet, sleeping 6 to 8 across two bedrooms, with a king bed, a residential shower and a full kitchen. Air conditioning, central heating and linen are included.
Three motorsport dates are left this year: Spa on 21 to 23 August and again in late September, the Goodwood Revival from 18 to 20 September, and four BTCC rounds that finish at Brands Hatch on 11 October. Music ends with Creamfields and the Reading and Leeds weekend over the August bank holiday. The equestrian year runs through Blenheim and Burghley to ExCeL, 17 to 21 December. Everything else here belongs to 2027: Badminton in May, Le Mans in June, Glastonbury later that month, the Festival of Speed in July, and a British GT season pencilled to open at Snetterton in April. What does it cost to hire an RV for UK events?

Do you cover sporting events that are not listed here?
Yes. The calendar above is a list of dates, not a list of limits. Golf, cricket, racing and county fixtures work on the same terms as a Grand Prix: if the venue can take a 40ft unit and will grant access, we can usually place one there. Tell us the fixture and your dates and we will check it with the organiser before you commit to anything.
How far ahead should I book for a 2027 event?
Three to six months for the big fixtures, and longer again for Glastonbury or the British Grand Prix. Those weekends go first because the venue releases a fixed number of pitches. What is left of 2026 is now weeks rather than months away, so treat those dates as urgent rather than early. Ask even if your plans are still loose.
Can you deliver to events in Europe?
Yes, for the major meetings. Le Mans and Spa-Francorchamps are both on the calendar above, and the fleet also travels to Monza, Zandvoort, the Nürburgring, Paul Ricard, Barcelona-Catalunya, the Red Bull Ring and Portimão. The unit goes out from the Cotswolds and comes back the same way, with the transport and the site access our problem rather than yours. Ask about anywhere not named here.
