Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking a vehicle with Stay Go Premium, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

1. ABOUT US

1.2 Our Services
Stay Go Premium specialises in premium recreational vehicle rentals for motorsport events, music festivals, equestrian competitions, corporate hospitality, TV/film production, and private hire across the United Kingdom and Europe.

2. DEFINITIONS
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Stay Go Premium
“You”, “Your”, “Customer”, “Hirer” refers to the person or entity making the booking
“Vehicle” refers to the RV, fifth wheel, or motorhome rented from us
“Rental Period” refers to the agreed period from collection to return
“Booking” refers to your confirmed reservation
“Event” refers to any motorsport event, festival, equestrian competition, or other occasion
“Rental Agreement” refers to the contract formed between you and us upon booking confirmation

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Age Requirements
– Primary driver must be at least 25 years old
– All additional named drivers must be at least 25 years old
– Maximum age limit: 75 years (subject to insurance approval)
3.2 Licence Requirements
– Valid full UK or EU driving licence held for minimum 3 years
– International licences must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP)
– Appropriate category licence for vehicle weight (Category C1 may be required)
– All drivers must present original licence documents at collection
– Photocopies or digital licences are not acceptable
3.3 Driving Record
– No more than 6 penalty points on licence
– No serious driving convictions in the past 5 years (including drink/drug driving, dangerous driving, or driving without insurance)
– No driving bans or disqualifications in the past 5 years
3.4 Insurance Requirements
– All drivers must be approved by our insurance provider
– We reserve the right to refuse rental if insurance approval is not obtained
– Additional insurance premiums may apply for certain drivers

4. BOOKING PROCESS
4.1 Making a Booking
– Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or email
– All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
– A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us
– We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
4.2 Booking Confirmation
– Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with full booking details
– Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors
– Your booking confirmation forms part of the rental agreement
4.3 Vehicle Allocation
– We will endeavour to provide the specific vehicle model requested
– We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher specification if necessary
– Vehicle substitution does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment unless the substitute is of lower specification

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Pricing
– All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
– Prices include: vehicle rental, standard mileage allowance, basic insurance, servicing, and maintenance
– Prices exclude: fuel, additional mileage, optional extras, event parking/pitch fees, tolls, congestion charges, and any damages
5.2 Quotations
– Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
– Prices may be subject to change for bookings made outside the quotation validity period
– We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in operating costs
5.3 Payment Schedule
– Deposit: 30% of total rental cost due at time of booking to secure reservation
– Balance: Remaining 70% due 60 days before rental commencement
– Bookings made within 60 days of rental period require full payment at time of booking
– All payments must be made by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card
5.4 Security Deposit
– A refundable security deposit of £2,000-£5,000 (depending on vehicle) is required
– Security deposit must be paid by credit or debit card at time of collection
– Deposit will be refunded within 14 working days of vehicle return, subject to inspection
– Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, cleaning, traffic violations, or other breaches
5.5 Additional Charges
You will be charged for:
– Excess mileage (rates specified in booking confirmation)
– Fuel used during rental period
– Cleaning if vehicle returned in unacceptable condition (minimum £150)
– Damage to vehicle, fixtures, or fittings
– Missing or damaged inventory items
– Traffic violations, parking fines, congestion charges, or toll fees incurred during rental
– Late return fees (£100 per hour or part thereof)
– Recovery or relocation costs if vehicle breakdown is due to misuse
– Any costs arising from breach of these terms

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Cancellation by You
– More than 90 days before rental: Full refund minus £200 administration fee
– 60-90 days before rental: 50% refund of total rental cost
– 30-59 days before rental: 25% refund of total rental cost
– Less than 30 days before rental: No refund
6.2 Cancellation by Us
– We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances
– If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of all payments made
– We are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from cancellation
– Where possible, we will offer alternative dates or vehicles
6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement
– If your event is cancelled or postponed, standard cancellation terms apply
– We recommend purchasing event cancellation insurance
– We may offer alternative dates subject to availability, but are not obligated to do so
6.4 COVID-19 and Force Majeure
– Cancellations due to government restrictions or force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
– We will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future bookings where possible

7. COLLECTION AND RETURN
7.1 Collection
– Vehicle must be collected at the agreed time and location
– All named drivers must be present at collection with required documentation
– Full vehicle inspection and inventory check will be conducted
– Orientation and operational briefing will be provided
– You must sign the vehicle handover document confirming condition
– Failure to collect at agreed time may result in additional charges or cancellation
7.2 Return
– Vehicle must be returned to agreed location by agreed date and time
– Late returns will incur charges of £100 per hour or part thereof
– Vehicle must be returned in same condition as collected (fair wear and tear excepted)
– All waste water tanks must be emptied, and fresh water tanks filled
– Interior must be left in clean and tidy condition
– Fuel tank must be returned at same level as collection (or as specified)
– Return inspection will be conducted, and you should remain present
7.3 Early Return
– No refunds are provided for early returns
– All rental charges remain due for the full agreed rental period

8. VEHICLE USE AND RESTRICTIONS
8.1 Permitted Use
– Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes
– Only named and approved drivers may drive the vehicle
– Vehicles must be driven in accordance with UK and European traffic laws
– Maximum speed limits as posted and vehicle limitations must be observed
8.2 Geographical Restrictions
– UK and mainland European travel is permitted
– Certain countries may require advance notification and insurance approval
– Off-road driving is strictly prohibited
– Driving on unpaved or unsealed roads is prohibited unless specifically agreed
8.3 Prohibited Uses
You must NOT:
– Allow anyone other than named drivers to drive the vehicle
– Use the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
– Use the vehicle for racing, rallying, or competitive events
– Tow anything without prior written approval
– Transport hazardous or illegal materials
– Subletting or commercial hire of the vehicle
– Exceed maximum occupancy limits
– Smoke inside the vehicle (£500 deep cleaning charge applies)
– Transport pets without prior written approval
– Use the vehicle for driving instruction
– Take vehicle on ferries without prior approval
8.4 Mileage
– Standard mileage allowance is specified in your booking confirmation
– Additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in booking
– Mileage is monitored and must be reported at return

9. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
9.1 Insurance Coverage
– All vehicles are insured for comprehensive cover as required by UK law
– Insurance covers named drivers only, subject to terms and conditions
– Excess applies as specified in your booking confirmation
– You are responsible for the excess amount in event of any claim
9.2 What’s Not Covered
Standard insurance does NOT cover:
– Damage to tyres, wheels, windscreen, or undercarriage
– Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or breach of terms
– Interior damage or staining
– Damage to awnings, bike racks, or external accessories
– Loss of keys or lockout services
– Misfuelling or contamination of fuel system
– Damage caused while vehicle is being driven in prohibited manner
– Personal belongings or contents
9.3 Additional Insurance
– Excess reduction insurance is available at additional cost
– We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for personal belongings
– Event-specific insurance should be arranged independently
9.4 Liability
– You are liable for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period
– You are liable for all parking fines, traffic violations, and congestion charges
– You are responsible for securing the vehicle at all times
– We are not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings
– Maximum liability is limited to the value of the vehicle

10. VEHICLE CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE
10.1 Pre-Rental Condition
– All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and serviced before rental
– Any pre-existing damage will be noted on the handover document
– You must report any additional damage observed within 24 hours of collection
10.2 During Rental
– You must maintain the vehicle in good condition
– Check and maintain fluid levels (oil, coolant, screen wash)
– Monitor tyre pressures weekly
– Report any warning lights or mechanical issues immediately
– Do not attempt repairs without our prior authorisation
10.3 Breakdowns
– In the event of breakdown, contact us immediately
– Do not authorise repairs without our prior agreement
– We will arrange recovery and repairs where necessary
– Replacement vehicle may be provided at our discretion and availability
– You are responsible for breakdown costs if caused by misuse or negligence
10.4 Accidents and Damage
– You must report all accidents to us and the police immediately
– Obtain details of all parties involved, witnesses, and photographs
– Do not admit liability at the scene
– Complete an accident report form
– Failure to report accidents may invalidate insurance coverage

11. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
11.1 General Responsibilities
You must:
– Treat the vehicle with care and respect
– Secure the vehicle when unattended
– Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
– Ensure vehicle is used safely and legally
– Not exceed maximum weight capacity
– Check vehicle before each journey
– Report any issues immediately
– Return vehicle in clean and good condition
11.2 Inventory
– Vehicle will be provided with full inventory of equipment
– You are responsible for all items provided
– Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost
– You must report any missing items within 24 hours of collection
11.3 Keys and Security
– You are responsible for all keys and security devices
– Lost or damaged keys will incur replacement costs (minimum £500)
– You must ensure vehicle is locked when unattended
– Report lost or stolen keys to us and police immediately
11.4 Event Sites
– You are responsible for booking and paying for event pitch/parking fees
– Ensure you have appropriate event passes and documentation
– Comply with event site rules and regulations
– We are not responsible for any issues with event organisers or pitch allocation

12. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
12.1 Data Processing
– We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
– Full details of how we handle your data are contained in our Privacy Policy
– By booking with us, you consent to necessary data processing for the rental agreement
12.2 Information We Collect
We collect and process:
– Contact details (name, email, phone, address)
– Driving licence information
– Payment details
– Booking and rental history
– Vehicle usage data
12.3 Third Party Sharing
– We may share your data with insurance providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required
– We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes without consent
– Data may be shared where required by law
12.4 Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
– Access your personal data
– Request correction of inaccurate data
– Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
– Object to processing

13. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to section 14.1, we are not liable for:
– Loss of enjoyment or disappointment
– Loss of event tickets or accommodation costs
– Consequential or indirect losses
– Losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control
– Personal belongings or valuables left in vehicles
– Any loss exceeding the total rental cost paid
14.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to:
– Acts of God (floods, storms, earthquakes)
– War, terrorism, or civil disturbance
– Government restrictions or regulations
– Strikes or industrial action
– Supplier failures beyond our control
– Pandemic or epidemic diseases
– Any other events beyond our reasonable control

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1 Our Rights
– All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property
– You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
– Our branding and trademarks are protected
15.2 Your Content
– By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant us licence to use them for marketing
– You confirm you have rights to any content you submit
– We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content

16. GENERAL TERMS
16.1 Entire Agreement
– These terms, together with your booking confirmation, form the entire agreement
– These terms supersede any previous agreements or representations

– Amendments will be posted on our website with an updated date
– Bookings made before amendments will be governed by terms in force at booking date
– Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance
16.3 Severability
– If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect
– Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable
16.4 Waiver
– Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision
– We reserve all our rights at all times
16.5 Assignment
– You may not transfer or assign your rights under this agreement
– We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party
16.6 Third Party Rights
– These terms do not confer rights on any third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
