What we do
Every major event runs on the same quiet problem. The venue sells you proximity, then offers you a field. The hotel offers you comfort, then puts it forty minutes from the gate. Most people accept that trade as the cost of going.
We built Stay Go Premium to remove it. Common questions
How much does it cost to hire an American RV for an event?
Starting from £2,000 plus delivery. We price each booking individually, because pitch fees, venue access and servicing differ from site to site.
Can you deliver to any venue?
We deliver across the UK and to European events from our base at Fairford in Gloucestershire, Le Mans and Spa-Francorchamps included. Access varies by venue, so we speak to the organiser before we confirm anything. If a site can take a 40ft unit, we can usually place one.
How many people does it sleep?
Between 4 and 8, depending on the trailer. The American fifth wheels take 6 to 8 across two bedrooms and convertible seating; the Heritage Glen sleeps 4 and the Dreamseeker up to 5.
Do I need a licence or a tow vehicle?
No. The unit is not self-drive. We tow it, site it and set it up ourselves, and we collect it after you leave.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For major events such as Silverstone or Glastonbury, three to six months ahead is realistic, and 2027 dates are already filling. The rest of 2026 is short notice now: Creamfields, Goodwood Revival and the closing BTCC rounds are weeks away rather than months. Ask early either way, even if your plans are loose.
What happens if something breaks during the event?
You call us and we deal with it. Support runs around the clock for the whole of your hire.
