A film crew working on location with unit accommodation already sited and running behind the set

TV and film production accommodation that turns up and works

Talent trailers, production offices and crew facilities in fully serviced American fifth wheels, delivered to your location anywhere in the UK and Europe. We site it, connect it, and answer the phone.

On location, not near it.

Sited at the unit base or beside the set: backlots, city streets, remote sites.

Ready before call time.

Delivered, levelled and connected. Water, waste and power, all working.

Owners on the phone.

You deal directly with the people who tow it, site it and fix it.

A shoot day costs too much to lose to logistics

When unit accommodation fails, it fails at 6am, with the whole schedule stacked behind it. The supplier does not answer for that on set. You do.

  • Talent waiting in a car while someone chases a key.
  • A crew call pushed back because the facilities are not ready.
  • A location move stalled behind a unit that cannot follow it.

The schedule does not wait for any of it.

The questions your production manager will ask

What power does the unit need?

Mains hook-up where the location provides it. Both units are generator compatible for off-grid and remote work.

What about water and waste on a multi-day shoot?

The unit arrives with water, waste and power connected. On longer schedules we service it during the hire.

What happens on a breakdown?

You call the owners directly and we deal with it. There is no ticket queue between you and a fix.

Can units move mid-shoot?

Yes. We tow, so a location change is a phone call. We coordinate moves around your call sheet and can add units at short notice when the schedule changes.

How much lead time do you need?

Hire runs by the day, the week or the entire production.

What is a unit base, and which parts of it do you supply?

A unit base is the off-camera hub of a location shoot: parking, catering, costume, make-up, the production office and crew rest, held close to the location without appearing in it. We supply the accommodation and welfare part of that list. Talent trailers, a production office, crew rest and hair, make-up and wardrobe space all come out of the same fifth wheel, positioned to your locations department's plan. We do not run honey wagons or dining buses, so the units sit inside an existing facilities order rather than replacing it.

Can cast and crew stay overnight on location?

Yes. Each unit has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 8, with a king bed in the private master suite, so a remote schedule does not need an hour of driving at both ends of the day. Ducted heating and air conditioning run whether the site has mains power or not, and we service water and waste through the hire. Overnight accommodation on a film location books the same way as a day unit: by the day, the week or the run.

Unit accommodation, handled

A location shoot runs on precise call times and a schedule with no slack in it. The accommodation either supports that or becomes the day's problem. We hire out American fifth wheels as TV and film production accommodation across the UK and Europe: talent trailers for lead cast and directors (artiste trailers, on older call sheets), production offices with proper meeting space, crew rest and welfare facilities, and interiors configured for hair, make-up and wardrobe. Production managers file this under location facilities vehicles; we cover the accommodation end of that list. Artist trailer hire in London usually means the studio belt: Pinewood, Shepperton, Elstree and Leavesden are all inside an hour of our Cotswolds base.

The fleet is the Cedar Creek Silverback, the Jayco Northpoint, the Wildwood Heritage Glen and the Fifth Wheel Co Dreamseeker. Slide-outs open each interior to as much as 400 square feet, with a king bed in a private master suite, a residential shower, a full kitchen and ducted heating and air conditioning. Two bedrooms give cast and crew accommodation for overnight work on remote locations. We tow the unit to your location, site it, connect water, waste and power, and collect it after the wrap. Every unit is generator compatible, so a remote moor works as well as a studio backlot or the paddock at Silverstone. Hire runs by the day, the week or the entire production through our production rental service. Tell us the location and the dates, and we will tell you what fits.

What production teams say

For our six-week location shoot in the Cotswolds, Stay Go’s fifth wheel provided our director with accommodation that exceeded expectations. Private, comfortable, and professional – exactly what we needed for a smooth production.
We’ve used their units as talent trailers, production offices and department head accommodation across multiple projects. Reliable, high quality, and the owners understand production logistics and timelines.
