Stay Go Premium was at Royal Windsor in 2026. Guests stayed beside the Castle grounds for the whole show, walked to the rings in the morning and had somewhere of their own to come back to at night. The week went well, for them and for us. Some of the fleet is already reserved for the 2027 show.

Royal Windsor 2027, without the drive back out
Royal Windsor Horse Show 2027 runs from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 May in the private grounds of Windsor Castle, the only days of the year the public sees them. The show goes ahead with the permission of His Majesty The King, and members of the Royal Family are regular visitors, often presenting the prizes themselves. Four days cover a great deal: CSI international showjumping, dressage, carriage driving and showing classes across dozens of breeds, with musical rides and displays through the evening performances. A shopping village and hospitality lawns fill the ground between the rings. The difficulty is always the same: accommodation. Royal Windsor Horse Show accommodation in town means few hotels for an event this size, priced accordingly in May, with a drive out after the evening performance that flattens a good day. Slide-outs open the interior to around 400 sq ft, with a king bed, a residential shower, a full kitchen and beds for up to 8. Between classes it is somewhere quiet. We site a fifth wheel beside the Castle grounds in a position agreed with the organiser, a walk from the rings. It is in place before Thursday’s opening classes and gone after Sunday’s finals.
Do I need a licence or a tow vehicle?
No. We tow the unit in on our own equipment, level it, connect it and hand it over, so your licence never enters the hire. Setup takes an hour or two and is finished before you arrive. Your own car stays a car, parked wherever the show directs it.
