We deliver a fully equipped American RV to your driveway, plot or work site anywhere in the UK, from our base in the Cotswolds, and set it up ready to live in: beds made, kitchen equipped, deep cleaned. It is caravan hire on your own property, not a pitch on a park. Call it long term caravan hire, monthly motorhome hire or monthly RV rental; what arrives is a fifth wheel with around 400 square feet inside. The minimum term is three months, month by month after that, so a renovation that overruns by six weeks costs you a phone call, not a renegotiation.

Maintenance, insurance and a 24 hour support line sit inside the monthly rate, and we handle safety checks, tank emptying and fresh water throughout. Families take it as temporary accommodation during a renovation or an extension, staying on the driveway and keeping children in their schools, or while a self build comes out of the ground. When the house is ready, four weeks notice ends the hire and we collect.

How long is the minimum hire?
Three months. After that the hire runs month by month: two weeks notice extends it, four weeks notice ends it, with no penalty beyond the notice period.
How much does it cost to hire a motorhome for a month in the UK?
Monthly rates are priced per job. The rate is agreed before delivery and includes maintenance, insurance and support. Longer commitments bring it down.
What deposits do you take?
A £500 booking deposit secures the RV and is credited to your first month. It is refunded if we cannot fulfil the booking. A £1,500 security deposit covers damage beyond normal wear and is returned within 14 days of collection.
What is included in the rate?
Insurance, maintenance, safety checks and a 24 hour support line, plus a fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels, heating and air conditioning, a generator, an awning with outdoor furniture, and a deep clean before delivery. Site fees, mains electricity consumption, WiFi data (a hotspot is an optional add-on) and the insurance excess if you cause damage sit outside the rate.
Where can you site it?
Your driveway, your garden, your plot or a work site. Most hires sit on the customer's own property rather than a park pitch, though we can arrange a pitch if that suits the situation better. We advise on positioning, deliver and connect the unit, and can relocate it if your circumstances change during the hire.
Can my company or insurer pay?
Yes. We invoice against purchase orders for corporate hires and bill insurers directly for temporary housing placements. Project-based terms are available for work contracts.
Where can we live during a house renovation or extension?
On your own driveway, in most cases, which is the answer most people are surprised by. The unit sits beside the house for the length of the works, so the build is supervised, the children keep their schools and nobody moves twice. What arrives is an American fifth wheel rather than a touring caravan: a king bed, a full bathroom, a working kitchen and around 400 square feet of living space. An extension is the shorter version of the same hire and still runs to the three month minimum.
Will my insurer pay for an RV as alternative accommodation after a fire or flood?
Alternative accommodation is the wording most UK home policies use for where you live while your house is uninhabitable, and whether an RV qualifies depends on your policy, so confirm it with your insurer or loss adjuster first. Our side of it is straightforward: we bill insurers directly for temporary housing placements, and the unit is sited on your own drive or garden, so the household stays on the property while the repairs run. Minimum hire is three months, delivered, connected and serviced, with monthly rates priced per job. Tell us the address and the dates and we will confirm what is free.
Can you live in a fifth wheel long term in the UK?
You can, and the fleet is set up for it. Ducted central heating and air conditioning cover a British winter and summer, the shower is residential, and the kitchen runs a hob, an oven and a full-size fridge freezer. Hires run from three months upward, and 12 month terms are available.
