Event accommodation hire, delivered and set up across the UK and Europe
Every service on this page is the same offer pointed at a different set of days. You need to live somewhere for a while: a circuit, a festival site, a horse trials, a film location, a corporate event or a plot you are building on. We provide event accommodation hire at that exact spot. The RV is delivered anywhere in the UK the access will allow, and to the major European meetings, and the same fleet covers long stays between houses. Think of it as motorhome hire, delivered and set up before you get there, only with more room. A fifth wheel is towed rather than driven, so slide-outs can open the interior to around 400 square feet.
Inside the Cedar Creek Silverback or the Jayco Northpoint there are two bedrooms sleeping 6 to 8, a king bed, a residential shower, and a kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and full-size fridge freezer. Linen is included, and air conditioning and central heating are fitted. This is non-drive motorhome hire: you never tow it, never drive it and never set it up, because our drivers do all three. From our base in Fairford in the Cotswolds we handle delivery, siting, connection, servicing and collection for every luxury American RV rental we run, and we speak to the venue or organiser about access ourselves. No licence comes into it. Support runs around the clock, so tell us where you need to be and we will match the unit to the days.
Common questions
Do I need a licence or a tow vehicle?
No. The fifth wheels are not self drive, so we tow, site, connect and collect them ourselves. You turn up by car, on foot or off a train, and the unit is already standing, levelled and serviced. Nothing about the hire depends on what is on your driving licence, and there is no towing vehicle for you to find.
What is included in a luxury RV hire?
Delivery, siting, connection, servicing and collection, all handled by our own team. Inside, the beds are made with fresh linen, towels and bathroom essentials are out, and the kitchen is equipped with cookware, crockery and utensils around a hob, oven, microwave and full-size fridge freezer. Air conditioning, central heating and an awning with outdoor seating come as standard, and support runs around the clock for the whole hire. Venue and pitch fees, mains electricity consumption and your own toiletries sit outside it.
How much does luxury RV hire cost per night in the UK?
Starting from £2,000 plus delivery. Monthly rates for long stays are priced per job, on a three month minimum. For a race weekend, a festival or a shoot, the quote is fixed before delivery and covers transport, siting, servicing and collection.
Can you deliver an RV anywhere in the UK?
Yes, anywhere the ground and the access will take a 40ft unit. We run out of Fairford in Gloucestershire and tow to circuits, festival fields, film locations and private plots the length of the country, plus the major European meetings. The pitch and the route are agreed with the venue or the landowner before anything moves. If a site cannot take the American units, the 24ft 11in Dreamseeker often still fits.
