Check AvailabilityOn-site accommodation hire, delivered and set up for the job
When you book accommodation for other people, it reflects on you. A race crew that arrives flat, a 6am call that starts with a complaint, a groom housed an hour from the horses: whoever arranged the stay carries it. Stay Go Premium supplies on-site accommodation hire to organisations across the UK and Europe, for motorsport teams, event organisers, equestrian professionals, TV and film productions, and construction and self build projects.
A small fleet covers it. The Cedar Creek Silverback and the Jayco Northpoint are the 41ft American units, with slide-outs opening the interior to around 400 sq ft, a king bed, a full bathroom and a working kitchen, sleeping 6 to 8 across two bedrooms. The Wildwood Heritage Glen sleeps 4, and the 24ft 11in Dreamseeker up to 5 for sites the American units cannot reach. None of them is self drive: our own drivers deliver and set up every unit. We tow it, site it, connect it and service it, and we deal with the venue or landowner directly, so access, power and waste are our problem rather than yours. American fifth wheel and RV rental terms run from a single race weekend to season-long and project-length contracts, as one unit or several coordinated together, and the same fleet serves hospitality, crew rest, office and accommodation uses. The brief does not change from sector to sector: your people, housed where the work is, in accommodation you are happy to be judged on.
Common questions
Who delivers the units and sets them up?
We do, with our own drivers and our own tow vehicles. The units are not self drive, so nobody on your team needs a licence, a towing vehicle or an afternoon spare. We agree the pitch with the venue or landowner, tow in, level and connect, service the unit through the hire, and collect it when the job finishes.
Can you supply more than one unit?
Yes. Single units and multi-unit setups are both routine, coordinated and scheduled by us so they arrive in the order the site needs them. For a paddock, a unit base or a build compound that means agreeing positions, access and power with the venue before delivery day. Tell us the headcount and the site constraints and we will work out how many units will fit.
How long can we hire for?
From a single weekend to a full season or the length of a build. Motorsport teams take a unit for one meeting, or hold the same one from the opening round to the last. Construction and self build projects run on project-length contracts, with the unit sited on the plot throughout. Monthly rates for long stays are priced per job on a three month minimum, and terms are agreed before delivery.
Are the units insured and safety certified?
Yes, and they are maintained between hires rather than only at the start of a season. Insurance for the unit sits inside the hire. If your venue, client or production needs paperwork before access is granted, say so at the enquiry stage rather than on arrival.
