Equestrian event accommodation for 2026 and 2027

Equestrian events run longer than most sport, and the calendar shows it. Three dates are still ahead in 2026. Burghley and Blenheim Palace share September between them, and the London International Horse Show closes the year at ExCeL from 17 to 21 December. Then the season restarts in the spring. Badminton takes five days on the Gloucestershire estate from 5 to 9 May 2027, with Royal Windsor beneath the Castle from 13 to 16 May. Bramham International follows in West Yorkshire from 10 to 13 June, and the Royal International runs championship week at Hickstead from 27 July to 1 August 2027. For competitors, grooms and owners, that is week after week of early starts a long way from home.

Equestrian event accommodation from Stay Go Premium means a fifth wheel sited at the event itself: a king bed, a residential shower, and a kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and full-size fridge freezer, with room for up to 8 across two bedrooms. Air conditioning and central heating cover May mornings and December evenings alike. We deliver it, connect it and service it before the first trot-up, then collect it when the lorries roll out. If you have been weighing Hickstead accommodation against the Sussex drive, or pricing motorhome hire for a week at Windsor, this is the version with nothing to tow and nothing to pitch. The calendar also runs wider than the seven pages above. Blair Castle International Horse Trials at Blair Atholl in Perthshire, Chatsworth in Derbyshire and Hartpury in our own county of Gloucestershire all sit on the same footing: ask, and what decides it is the access the venue grants rather than whether we have built a page for it. You stay beside the horses, and sleep like you are at home.

Common questions

What does it cost to hire an RV for Equestrian events 2026 and 2027?

Starting from £2,000 plus delivery. Send us the dates and your party size and we come back with one number covering delivery, siting, connection, servicing and collection.

Do you deliver to Blair Castle International Horse Trials?

Yes, subject to what the estate allows. Blair Castle Horse Trials accommodation otherwise means a room somewhere in Perthshire and a drive in and out each day, which is a long way to travel to spend the week commuting. Blair Atholl is the furthest north we go from our base at Fairford in the Cotswolds, so give us as much notice as you can. Send the dates and we will check access for a 41ft unit before anything is agreed.

Is the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park still running?

Not as things stand. The organisers cancelled the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park, citing the economic climate after the previous year’s abandonment for weather. Gloucestershire still has plenty on: Badminton in May, Hartpury in the summer, and our own base at Fairford in the same county as both.

How far ahead should we book for the majors?

Three to six months for Badminton, and treat Burghley the same way. Four to eight weeks is often enough for the smaller fixtures. The fleet is small, so the big weeks go first. For the three dates left in 2026 the honest answer is to ask now: late bookings work more often than you would expect, though we cannot promise a pitch at short notice.
